Services

OutThereUltra provides bespoke online ultra trail running coaching on a subscription basis. Coaching programmes are tailored to each individual client.

Discovery calls

Discovery calls are free of charge and carry no obligation. They are an opportunity to discuss your goals and determine whether OutThereUltra coaching is the right fit for you.

Coaching subscriptions

Coaching subscriptions are managed through FinalSurge, our training platform, details of which can be found at finalsurge.com. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are set out at the point of purchase within FinalSurge. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with those terms. OutThereUltra is not responsible for any technical issues arising from the FinalSurge platform.

Your responsibilities

Before beginning coaching, you agree to complete the Athlete Intake Form and Health History Screening (found on FinalSurge) honestly and to obtain medical clearance where it indicates you should. By engaging OutThereUltra coaching services, you confirm that you are not aware of any medical condition, injury, or other reason that would make it unsafe for you to undertake an ultra trail running training programme, except as disclosed to your coach. You agree to inform your coach promptly of any change in your health, injury, illness, or circumstance that may affect your ability to train safely.

Liability

Ultra trail running and the training it involves are physically demanding endurance activities that carry inherent risks. OutThereUltra coaching is provided for training purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You are responsible for training within your own limits, for judging whether conditions and your own readiness are safe on any given day, and for informing your coach of any health condition, injury, or circumstance that may affect your training. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits OutThereUltra's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
