A fully bespoke training programme built around you - whether that’s building towards a single goal race, planning out a full season, or simply becoming a better, more confident ultra runner. Ongoing support, adjustments and accountability every step of the way.
It’s not just about the training plan. Along the way you’ll get advice on race choice and planning, race execution, nutrition, kit, crewing and aid station strategy. With a background in Physiotherapy, I can also help with injury prevention and advice - keeping you out on the trails and out of the physio’s waiting room.
